The company operates four (4) business divisions:
1. ) Agri-business
2. ) Processing
3. ) Cold Storage
4. ) Ice Plant
These divisions are located in different locations.
The Aquaculture and Agri-Business Division are situated separately within the vicinity of SOCSKARGEN, and Davao Del Sur. While the other three divisions function in two separate plants: Puting Bato, Calumpang, General Santos City where the central administrative office is located; Fish Port Agro-Industrial Estate Complex, Tambler, General Santos City.
